No. We bring equipment on site. This eliminates wasted space in your home and to ensure that you are ready to make the investment.
How Many Days a Week Are Necessary?
Our programs show the best results with 3-5 sessions a week. Most of our clients work with our fitness trainers 2-3 times per week. Typically a person needs to workout 3-5 days per week to get results. Your personal trainer will help you customize a fitness program that includes cardiovascular fitness, strength training, flexibility training, and balance. You and your trainer can decide what you will do on your own and what the trainer will help you do. You and your personal trainer can decide what is best for you.
