focuses on athletes of all ages training for sports competitions, seasons or events.  These personal programs focus on preparing the athlete's body for sport specific movements while reducing movements that can cause inefficiencies and injuries.  Whether it is strength, speed, power, agility or endurance, athletes will learn how to outmatch their competition or get their record time.

For Fitness
In Training for Fitness 
focuses on healthy activities for a leaner, trimmer you.  It includes workouts and exercises designed with you in mind.  Your program will incorporate cardio and strength training to maximize your results.  These exercises will help you reduce the stress in your mind and body without stressing your joints and lower back.  This program will firm up your muscles, burn fat, strengthen joints, increase flexibility. 

For Health
In Training for Health
focuses on nutritional analysis and guidance for life longevity.  This In Training program emphasizes body type composition and historical daily diet and gets you on the path to healthy goals and maintenance.  This is not a calorie counting analysis but a true nutritional instruction and consistent coaching for a leaner, longer living you.

Whether you are wanting to get stronger, fitter or faster, we will begin your program with a comprehensive consultation.  This includes a medical and fitness history.  We will do a body composition analysis as well as a nutritional analysis of your lifestyle.   We will periodically chart your progress to your goals (i.e. weight loss, speed, increases in strength, etc).

You set the goals and we will work together to create a personal  training program that works for you!
